Full-time Role Description:
This role supports the NewSpring Church's leadership team by coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, managing communication, and helping ensure daily ministry operations run smoothly. This role serves as a trusted administrative and spiritual support partner, maintaining confidentiality, fostering teamwork, and helping leaders stay focused on the church's mission and vision.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist the entire Lead Team, but primarily Michael Mullikin, with any administrative items, which can include, but are not limited to, emails, scheduling, taking notes and handling credit card allocations Represent Michael and/or the Lead Team in meetings, at their request Help record and update data and metrics for our church Help analyze data and how it can be used to help our church grow Research and deploy AI tools to utilize their power to create better insight for our pastors Additional projects and/or assignments, as needed Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
Role Requirements:
This role is full time 40 hours per week. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs.
Standard schedule is:
Sunday:
8:00am-1:00pm Monday -
Thursday:
9:00am-5:00pm
