Family Auto of Fountain Inn | Buy Here Pay Here Dealership Family Auto of Fountain Inn is not a typical car dealership—and this is not a typical sales job. We specialize in helping customers with credit challenges secure reliable transportation through in-house financing. This creates more approvals, more opportunities, and more deals for sales professionals who know how to work leads, follow up, and close. We are growing and looking for experienced or highly motivated sales professionals who want to build a consistent $60K-$100K+ income through effort, discipline, and follow-through. Who This Role Is For This is a strong fit for individuals who: Have previous sales experience OR a proven track record of performance (commission, quotas, athletics, etc.) Are financially motivated and prefer performance-based income over hourly pay Understand that consistent follow-up = higher income Are comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections Want a career path, not a temporary job What You'll Be Responsible For Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to delivery Working inbound leads + self-generated opportunities Following up daily with unsold customers, prior customers, and referrals Building your personal pipeline through calls, texts, and social media outreach Presenting financing options clearly to customers with credit challenges Maintaining detailed activity in CRM and staying organized Consistently hitting performance goals set by management Compensation & Expectations Performance-based pay plan (commission-driven) Realistic earning potential: $60,000-$100,000+ Success in this role requires: Daily follow-up activity Weekend availability High personal accountability Non-Negotiables (Read Before Applying) Do NOT apply if you: Are looking for hourly pay or a "backup job" Struggle with attendance, punctuality, or consistency Dislike phone calls, texting customers, or follow-up Need constant supervision to stay productive Are unwilling to promote yourself or build a customer base Why Our Top Performers Succeed Here High volume of credit-challenged buyers who need financing solutions In-house approvals = more deals closed Strong inventory with consistent demand Clear structure, expectations, and support from management Unlimited earning potential based on performance Application Instructions (Required) To be considered, submit your application along with a brief response to the following: 1.
