Nonprofit Volunteer

Warriors Haven, a nonprofit organization serving Veterans across the Lowcountry of South Carolina, is expanding and seeking passionate, service-minded individuals to join our mission. These are volunteer, unpaid positions for those eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Veterans. We are looking for dedicated At-Large Board Members who believe in our mission and want to contribute their leadership and expertise. Your commitment will directly support Veterans as we help move them from homelessness to hope. Responsibilities Advocate for the mission and values of Warriors Haven Participate in monthly board meetings and additional volunteer activities Support community outreach and engagement initiatives Assist with grant writing and funding development Coordinate and support volunteer efforts Provide leadership and strategic guidance for program management Support Veterans through program oversight and advocacy Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in nonprofit or volunteer leadership Grant writing and funding development skills Program management experience Volunteer coordination and leadership abilities Strategic planning and communication skills Compassion and strong organizational skills

Pay:

$23.80 - $28.66 per hour
