• Temporary, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Scaffold Builder to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, blueprint reading, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. The Scaffold Builder will play a vital part in ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently and safely, supporting the overall progress of our projects across different sectors such as commercial, residential, and industrial construction. Duties Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine scaffold layout and design. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to assemble scaffolding components securely. Ensure all scaffolding is inspected regularly for stability and safety compliance before use. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to facilitate smooth workflow. Assist with other construction-related tasks such as framing, carpentry, or concrete forming as needed. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of debris properly. Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries on site. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on scaffolding or related trades such as carpentry or masonry. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus. Knowledge of various construction skills including plumbing, electrical work, roofing, stucco application, tile laying, welding, and restoration is desirable. Experience operating heavy equipment and working with power tools safely. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to scaffold erection and working at heights. Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments for extended periods. Valid certification in OSHA safety standards or equivalent preferred.
