Job Description

Scaffolder General Foreperson Worley Group, Inc United States, Texas, Notrees May 05, 2026 Building on our past. Position Summary The General Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work. Primary Responsibilities Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information Additional responsibilities not listed may be required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
  • NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)
