This role is responsible for weighing incoming loads, processing payments, ensuring safety compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and direct traffic entering and exiting the facility Accurately weigh and record incoming/outgoing loads Calculate and process customer payments Inspect loads to ensure compliance with safety and material guidelines Enforce PPE and safety protocols for customers and staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scale house Complete administrative tasks including: Data entry Filing Daily reports Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times Attend required training and meetings Work overtime as needed Requirements High School Diploma or GED 0-4 years of experience (customer service, clerical, or operations preferred) Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Primarily based in a scale house office setting Regular exposure to: Noise, dust, and outdoor elements Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs) Requires sitting, standing, and light physical activity throughout the day Why Join Us Stable, full-time opportunity Entry-level friendly with room for growth Hands-on role combining customer service and operations
