Job Description

Monitor and troubleshoot deployed Windows security updates to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Monitor, diagnose, and remediate SCCM client health issues, including client communication failures and system integrity concerns. Design, automate, and maintain SCCM scripts, software packages, applications, settings, and configuration baselines to support standardized endpoint management. Manage software packaging and deployments across global sites, including Corvallis, Singapore, and Penang, ensuring consistency and reliability. Develop and automate SCCM reporting for client discovery, hardware/software inventory, patch compliance, and overall platform health. Maintain the health and reliability of the enterprise workstation fleet, including content distribution, boundary management, and site communication. Create and maintain SCCM documentation to support platform migrations, operational continuity, and knowledge transfer. Cybersecurity Remediation Review and analyze cybersecurity vulnerability scan reports to identify security gaps across enterprise systems. Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk severity, exploitability, and potential business impact. Develop, execute, and track vulnerability remediation plans in alignment with security and operational requirements. Identify system owners and stakeholders, ensuring timely notification of identified vulnerabilities and associated risks. Collaborate with system owners, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity partners to ensure effective and timely remediation. Review, maintain, and improve vulnerability remediation metrics to track risk posture and remediation effectiveness. Provide clear, regular status communications to stakeholders and management on vulnerability remediation progress, risks, and blockers. Perform ongoing monitoring and reporting to ensure remediation actions are completed and verified. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vulnerability management processes, tooling, and remediation efficiency.
