Job Description Responsible for greeting and checking in patients in a Cardiothoracic practice, ensuring accurate verification of demographics, insurance, and required documentation. Provides pre-surgical documentation for physicians and instructions for patients. Job Responsibility Obtains all necessary documentation. Communicates operating time, place and instructions to patient. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow- ups Handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service Acts as liaison between the patient and physician regarding the surgery.
