Job Description

Scheduler MaineHealth parental leave United States, Maine, Westbrook 1 River Street (Show on map) May 18, 2026 Description MaineHealth Corporate Clerical/Administrative Support Remote Req #: 75743 For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus: Bonus amounts prorated for part-time hires and per-dem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Summary:
The Scheduler role is responsible for booking/scheduling procedures and appointments to ensure appropriate continuum of care from pre- through post-procedure care. Monitors procedure room schedules to maximize utilization and efficient patient flow. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications:

One year of medical office experience required.
