Full Time. Days. No Holidays. Full Benefits. Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a Scheduler in our Prior Authorization department. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma, Associates Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures at the level needed to perform responsibilities. Proficient knowledge of major health plans and insurance processes. Ability to compute mathematical calculations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, professional and friendly demeanor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include obtaining prior authorizations and scheduling of testing, securing specialty referrals, and authorizations for surgical procedures.
