Position Summary The Scheduler/Central Supply Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and adjusting the staffing schedule to ensure optimal coverage and continuity of resident care. This position works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and other department leaders to meet staffing needs while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage on all shifts. Communicate scheduling changes to staff. Track staff attendance and ensure proper documentation. Fill open shifts due to absences, call-ins, or emergencies. Maintain accurate records of scheduling, overtime, and staffing hours. Coordinate with the DON and management to address staffing shortages or overtime concerns. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical staff regarding schedules. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous scheduling experience required High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to successfully pass background check.
