Full-Time About Us R4H Medical Transportation provides safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. We are dedicated to ensuring that every client receives timely, comfortable, and efficient service. We are seeking an experienced Secretary / Scheduler to support our operations team and help maintain seamless coordination across our transportation services. Position Overview The Secretary / Scheduler plays a critical role in managing the daily flow of information and scheduling within our high-volume transportation business. This position involves communicating with clients and drivers, managing transportation schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting administrative functions to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Schedule transportation requests in the company's scheduling software, ensuring all trip details are accurate and complete. Verify trip data for accuracy, including pickup/drop-off times, passenger details, and billing information. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for clients, employees, and operational documents. Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and routine correspondence. Maintain updated contact lists for company personnel, vendors, and clients. Support management with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 4+ years of experience (Preferred) in a secretarial, scheduling, or administrative support role (preferably in transportation, healthcare, or logistics). Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools. Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
