Job Overview Top Kids Bilingual Preschool is hiring a Seasonal School-Age Teacher to support our summer program for children ages 5-12. We are looking for someone dependable, energetic, and able to lead a safe and engaging environment for school-age children throughout the summer. Responsibilities Supervise and actively engage groups of 20+ school-age children with co-teacher Plan and lead themed activities, games, and group experiences Engage and participate in field trips with group. Maintain a safe, organized, and structured classroom environment Follow Texas Minimum Standards and program expectations Support positive behavior and appropriate social interactions Communicate professionally with team members and families Help create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for children Requirements High school diploma or GED required Clean criminal background required Experience working with children preferred Ability to maintain active supervision and safety practices at all times Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance and professionalism This is a temporary seasonal position for the summer program.
