The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, engaging students in meaningful educational experiences, and supporting their academic and personal growth. This role requires a strong commitment to student development and the ability to adapt to students' needs. Duties

• Provide early intervention strategies for children who require additional support
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to track student progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a holistic approach to education
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student's progress and any concerns
• Complete RIELDS training
• Maintain the classroom clean and tidy
• Attend Professional Development trainings Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience working with children, especially in preschool, school age, or early intervention settings
• Proficiency in math and literacy education
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
• Prior experience in a private school environment is a plus
