School-Based Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional skills Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Monitor progress and modify interventions as needed Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Active California OT license or eligibility NBCOT certification preferred School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of IEP processes and special education services Preferred Skills Experience with sensory integration techniques Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology Strong organizational and caseload management skills Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53.
