School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This full-time, full-school-year role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise truly makes a difference for students ages 4-22 with varying medical needs. Based near Sunnyvale, CA, you'll take on a vital, itinerant position rotating between students and school campuses to provide one-on-one care and advocate for student health.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current LPN or LVN license with valid credentials to practice in the state At least one year of experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Skilled in seizure management, reviewing health plans, and providing direct care Confident in tasks like gastronomy, bladder cauterization, diabetes/insulin care (including CGM and carb counting), and medication administration (e.g., EpiPens, Benadryl) Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, and knowledge of hypo- and hyperglycemia Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, parents, and students Ability to train school staff in health procedures and emergency care practices Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not required

Responsibilities:
