Job Description

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Registered Behavior Technician / RBT in Haverford Township School District!
OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS
•Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening! Generous hourly pay rate of $30 per hour
OPENING:
RBT floater needed in elementary schools, 8:30am•3:30pm (6.5 paid hours per day on full school day) A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings. For this position, prior experience utilizing Safety Care and/or physical management techniques is highly preferred Ability to travel between school buildings is required The preferred candidate will have familiarity with using various methods of data collection Requirements
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or equivalency National certification as an RBT•active Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs•preferred
CREDENTIALING
(Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI TB Screening•current within 3 months Education Documentation•Diploma OR Official Transcript Paid clearances & TB screening!
