Key Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in Missouri with a clear record (verified via Nursys) Minimum of recent pediatric experience — ICU, ER, or school nursing preferred; recent experience required, no new graduates Strong technology skills for computer-based charting and documentation Flexibility to work with students from PreK through 12th grade and adapt to varying daily schedules Outstanding communication skills and confidence operating independently following a 2-week training period

Position Details:

Contract position running ASAP through May 22, with full-time hours in May and the potential to continue through ESY June 1-25 Schedules range between 7:00am-2:30pm and 9:00am-4:30pm based on assignment; will receive weekly schedules each Sunday, with the possibility of changes due to field trips or coverage needs Role includes floating across multiple sites, providing health room coverage, and potentially traveling between more than one location per day Duties involve first aid, medication administration, student assessments, health education, managing emergent situations, and maintaining accurate health records This role will have you fully immersed in the energy and variety of the school environment, where your ability to pivot and your dedication to student health will truly shine.
