Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' communication and language development in an educational setting near Lynn, MA! As a contract speech-language pathologist, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and specialists, providing essential services that help students achieve their potential. You'll have the chance to use your clinical expertise in a dynamic school environment, working with a diverse caseload and delivering therapy tailored to individual student needs.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills Passion for fostering student growth and supporting individual education plans
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support IEP goals Engage in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations Provide training and resources to staff and caregivers as needed Adapt interventions and materials to meet each student's strengths and goals This contract opportunity offers you the flexibility to further your professional development while bringing lasting change to students' lives.
