We partner with public schools across San Diego County, providing in-person therapy and assessments for students from preschool through high school. We're thoughtful about how we do things, especially when it comes to placement. We don't just fill openings.   • M.A. or M.S. degree in SLP or Comm. Sciences & Disorders from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for, or completion of, California SLP licensure
  • Knowledge of pediatric speech/language development and school-based service delivery
  • Passing score on the Praxis SLP exam, or confirmation of a scheduled test date

  • Have contact info for three professional SLP-related references on-hand (name, phone, email; at least one from a school-based setting)
  • Have two clinical writing samples ready to share (e.g., [de-identified] assessment report, IEP, or treatment plan; school-based preferred) Pathway-Specific Requirements 1. Clinical Fellow (CF) / RPE Temporary License Applicant
  • Candidates must:
  • Be eligible for, or currently hold, a California RPE Temporary License
  • Be prepared to complete 36 weeks full-time of supervised professional experience

  • Demonstrate openness to mentorship, feedback, and tons of professional growth
  • Passing score on the Praxis SLP exam, or confirmation of a scheduled test date 2. Fully Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists

  • Hold, or be eligible for, a current, active California SLP license
