Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' growth and communication skills for the 2026-2027 academic year. This school-based position near Belleville, PA, is available due to the retirement of two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists. As a valued SLP working in an educational environment, you'll have the chance to provide expertise that makes a direct and lasting difference in children's lives.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Current state licensure as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred Previous experience in a school setting a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to tailor interventions to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across grade levels Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers and parents to support progress Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and school-wide initiatives Provide in-service training or resources for staff as needed You'll be able to bring your passion for helping students succeed into an environment where your skills and dedication are genuinely valued.
