Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This contract opportunity is ideal for a speech-language pathologist seeking a fulfilling role working with a school-based caseload. You'll make a meaningful impact on students' communication development while collaborating with dedicated educational teams.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered Experience providing speech-language services in school settings Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize and manage caseloads efficiently Compassionate approach to supporting students and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP recommendations Deliver direct speech and language interventions for students in accordance with their education plans Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all state and federal requirements Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights Provide consultation and support for faculty, staff, and parents as needed This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to students' academic and personal success throughout the contract term.
