Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team supporting students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children achieve communication success and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and therapy objectives Support students with articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic, and voice disorders Provide classroom-based and pull-out therapy services as appropriate Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license and/or Department of Education certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling options Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship Meaningful work making a direct impact on students and families Schedule Full-time / Part-time opportunities available School-day hours following academic calendar Location School-based setting To apply , please submit your resume and credentials for consideration and contact:
