Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Illinois (or eligibility for licensure). Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required. Prior experience as an SLP in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable. Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities. Ability to work effectively with students across K-12 grade levels, educators, and parents.Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, promoting their academic and social success. Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate records. Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement strategies supporting student progress. Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student needs, goals, and achievements. Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and continuing education as needed.What's Offered:
