Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by stepping into a long-term contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials. This full-time position is available from August through December, serving as a vital resource within a supportive educational environment near Bensalem, PA. If you are ready to share your expertise and positively influence young learners' communication skills, this opportunity is for you.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility) Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students based on IEP goals Assess, diagnose, and document a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student success Maintain accurate, timely records and progress notes
