Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role making a difference in students' lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC) on a contract assignment in an educational setting. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) State licensure (or eligibility) as required for speech-language pathology in schools Prior experience working in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address specific speech-language needs Provide direct and consultative therapy services in group and one-on-one settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress and strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse cultural and linguistic needs of students This contract role offers the chance to enhance your professional skills in a supportive academic environment, while positively impacting students' educational outcomes.
