Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by supporting speech and language services in an engaging educational setting. This onsite contract opportunity spans the school year, working collaboratively across several campuses and directly impacting young learners' communication skills.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Credentialed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Comfortable providing direct services within school or pediatric settings Strong interpersonal skills with students, families, and educational staff Familiarity with caseload management and educational documentation Self-starter able to adapt and collaborate across multiple campuses No clinical supervision hours required—ready to focus on service delivery
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language interventions to K-12 students under the supervision of an SLP Manage an assigned caseload of approximately 60 students across the academic year Implement therapy plans, activities, and data collection as established by supervising SLPs Work on-site at assigned campuses, including primary, elementary, and middle school locations Collaborate with teachers and service teams to integrate communication goals into classrooms Provide support and encouragement to students working toward individualized education plan (IEP) goals Maintain thorough and timely session documentation
