Open until filled Position Summary Pingree-Buchanan School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered K-12 School Counselor to support the academic, social-emotional, and career development of all students. The successful candidate will implement a comprehensive school counseling program aligned with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) model and North Dakota standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual and small group counseling to support student academic, social, and emotional growth Deliver classroom guidance lessons across grade levels Assist students with academic planning and goal setting Support college and career readiness, including postsecondary planning and scholarship guidance Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions Maintain accurate and confidential student records Coordinate and support 504 plans and collaborate on
