Responsibilities of Custodian/Janitor:

Clean and restock restrooms Empty trash receptacles Wipe down hard surfaces Sweep, mop floors Clean interior windows/doors

Requirements of School Custodian/Janitor:

No Experience, No Problem! High customer service with staff and students - Must present the right personality in this role! Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners) Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK & FINGERPRINTING

Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions. Typical Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm - Occasional change to 6:30am start due to snow clean-up Additional Information / Benefits
