Position Details Hours:

1.5 hours per day

Candidates must provide proof of educational requirements to HR upon recommendation for hire. Compensation & Experience Credit Salary for the 2026-2027 school year will be based on Board approved salary schedule. 2025-2026 Pay Scale Starting Pay (Step 0): $17.06/hour Experienced Pay (Step 10): $20.82/hour We value experience! Previous experience working with students, intervention systems, and small-group instruction is strongly desired. New hires may bring up to 10 years of comparable, full-time, verified experience. The hired applicant is responsible for submitting the BCPS Verification of Experience Form to prior employers for completion and return to HR.

Payroll Note:

While this is an hourly position, the salary is distributed via a year-long contract over 10 months. You will receive 4 paychecks at the end of June.
