Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California Experience working in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and therapeutic documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students Reliable transportation for itinerant assignments between schools in the region Ability to work independently and manage a schedule across multiple sites

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate actively with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success Travel to assigned school locations within the Riverside area to provide services Maintain timely documentation and progress reports to meet compliance standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued interdisciplinary team member
