Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy licensure; school credential preferred Demonstrated experience in school-based OT and/or home health, teletherapy, or healthcare settings Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Ability to work independently, manage a varied caseload, and organize time efficiently Collaborative mindset and excellent communication abilities ESY experience highly appreciated

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs Conduct assessments and craft individualized, goal-driven therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies Engage in consultative support and ongoing communication with school teams Document student progress in compliance with policies and regulatory standards Leverage expertise in in-person and virtual service delivery as needed Maintain a well-structured daily caseload schedule within ESY parameters Take satisfaction in supporting students' growth and independence in a flexible, welcoming contract role that values your specialized skills.
