Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations as an Occupational Therapist Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Occupational Therapy license in the state
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess students' motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities within the school environment Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Provide direct therapy, consultation, and intervention to students based on established goals Maintain clear documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes as required by regulations and IEP standards Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and support staff to maximize student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to create holistic support plans This contract position offers weekly pay that is competitive and experience-based, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan with company match, and credentialing support.
