Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Take the next step in your occupational therapy career by working in a vibrant educational setting near Evansville, WY. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to support K-12 students throughout the 2026-2027 school year, making a lasting impact on their academic journeys and personal development.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT licensure in Wyoming, or eligibility to obtain before the contract begins Experience in a school-based environment preferred Strong understanding of therapeutic practices appropriate for K-12 populations Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills A passion for empowering students of all abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload Assess individual student needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each child's academic and functional success Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in both individual and group settings Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to ongoing student evaluations Educate students, staff, and families about OT strategies to promote growth and independence Attend and contribute to meetings and parent conferences as needed Stepping into this role means making a meaningful difference in the lives of students, while enjoying the support of a dedicated, collaborative school team.
