This is a contract position with a dynamic school district near Lenexa, KS, covering five elementary campuses from August 2026 through May 2027. The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students while collaborating closely with educators and families to promote student success. The district is currently finalizing caseload assignments, ensuring a manageable and rewarding workload for the selected OT.

Desired Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Kansas, or eligibility for licensure Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation Ability to provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary-aged students Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering evidence-based interventions

Core Responsibilities:
