Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing occupational therapy services in a school setting for the 2025-2026 academic year offers a rewarding opportunity to support student development and success. This contract position is based in Union, ME, and requires a licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience or specialization in school-based occupational therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary efforts to support student needs.Qualifications:
Valid OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage caseload and maintain accurate records.Location:
