Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Valid Michigan Occupational Therapy (OT) License required Experience or interest in working with school-aged children (K-12) Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families Professional, organized, and adaptable approach to meeting diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and develop intervention plans Collaborate with general and special education staff to support inclusive classroom environments Provide consultation and support for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment Maintain thorough and timely records of services and student progress Attend IEP meetings and participate in multispecialty team discussions
