You'll enjoy a flexible schedule with approximately 3-5 hours each week at one school, with the possibility to expand your workload up to 10 hours a week if you are open to working with another nearby charter school. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current and valid Occupational Therapist license Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting is strongly preferred Confident working with elementary-aged students Comfortable managing a small caseload independently Not open to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) requiring supervision Must be able to provide services in person; remote/teletherapy is not available

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each student Implement engaging, evidence-based interventions that support students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and ensure continuity of care Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
