Job Description
Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding short-term contract opportunity supporting students this summer as an Occupational Therapist in an educational setting. Collaborate with dedicated school staff and enhance your clinical skills while making a positive impact on young learners' lives.
Key Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist licensure Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred Understanding of IEP goals and documentation Strong communication and organization abilities Ability to work independently and travel between multiple sitesRole Overview:
Provide occupational therapy services to students at three school locations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support IEP goals Document interventions, progress, and maintain compliance with school guidelines Conduct therapy sessions on-site, assisting students with fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill developmentSchedule & Commitment:
12.6 hours per week over a 4-week contract (July 6-July 30) Monday through Thursday, 9 am-12 pm In-person work across three nearby school sites This position is ideal for professionals seeking meaningful summer work with a manageable schedule.
