Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students and school communities near Arlington, MA. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality OT services, both in-person and virtually, tailored to students' educational needs.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid state OT license Experience in school-based OT, home health, and/or healthcare settings Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to develop, implement, and adjust IEP goals Passion for working with children and supporting their developmental needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' therapeutic needs Design and deliver individualized treatment plans within the school environment and via teletherapy Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive tools Educate caregivers and school personnel on supportive techniques This contract role offers flexibility and the chance to work in diverse environments—from on-site school sessions to remote teletherapy.
