We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive K-8 educational environment for the 2026-2027 school year. About the Role As an Occupational Therapist in our school-based program, you will play a vital role in helping students build the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and functionally. You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate student needs, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver high-quality therapy services that support student independence and confidence. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's educational goals Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established plans of care Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements Uphold professional standards of practice and ethical care at all times Minimum Requirements Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of practice One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred Knowledge of and compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice Current CPR certification, if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable Current health certificate in accordance with contract or state regulations Ability to meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay up to $68/hour School-based schedule with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade Opportunity to make a lasting difference in students' lives Collaborative, student-focused work environment Meaningful work aligned with educational outcomes and family engagement If you are passionate about supporting students' growth and independence and are looking for a rewarding school-based opportunity starting in August 2026, we would love to hear from you.
