What You Bring:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in school or pediatric OT settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and ability to provide direct and consultative services Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school staff Collaborative spirit and adaptability Strong documentation and organizational abilities
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group OT interventions to students according to IEP goals Assess, plan, and implement creative strategies to enhance students' educational participation Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate records, write reports and participate in IEP meetings Offer consultative support to staff to help integrate therapeutic approaches into daily classroom routines Imagine making a positive impact throughout the school year, building relationships with students, families, and educators, all while enjoying the autonomy and fulfillment that come with a flexible, part-time contract role.
