Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving young learners in the greater Delaware County area. This position specializes in early intervention, where your expertise as a Physical Therapist will directly support preschool students across various locations, including Aston and Broomall. Enjoy a schedule tailored to your lifestyle, with morning hours only, 3-4 days each week. The role involves traveling between different preschools within the county, offering vital PT services that promote physical development and help children reach essential milestones in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy licensure in Pennsylvania. Prior experience or a strong interest in early intervention and pediatric physical therapy. Ability to manage a flexible, travel-based caseload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families. Reliable transportation for travel among assigned school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct physical therapy interventions for preschool-aged children according to individualized intervention plans. Travel between multiple preschool locations within Aston, Broomall, and surrounding Delaware County areas. Maintain detailed and timely documentation of treatment and student progress. Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance each child's development and participation. Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and attend relevant meetings as needed.
