Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized, one-on-one physical therapy services to students in a school setting Manage cases effectively by developing, implementing, and monitoring treatment plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school guidelines Participate in onsite pitching and orientation scheduled for 3/20

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Physical Therapist license required for Montana Experience working in school-based physical therapy preferred Strong skills in case management and individualized treatment plan development Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills
