Preferred Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (or eligibility) Previous experience in school-based physical therapy preferred Strong understanding of pediatric therapy and IEP processes Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and documentation skills Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Develop and implement therapy goals tailored to each student's unique needs Consult with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate optimal student success Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines Participate in IEP meetings; offer guidance and training to fellow staff members as appropriate
