Enjoy a schedule tailored to mornings, working 3-4 days each week as you support the needs of multiple preschools. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania Experience or strong interest in working with preschool and early intervention populations Familiarity with school-based therapy models and IEP processes Strong organizational skills to manage a travel-based caseload Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned preschools in Aston, Broomall, and other nearby areas to deliver physical therapy services Assess, plan, and implement therapy goals for children ages 3-5 Document progress, write reports, and participate in team meetings as needed Collaborate with families, educational staff, and other professionals to adapt therapy to each child's unique needs Manage a caseload of early intervention students during morning hours Ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices related to pediatric therapy This contract position allows you to maintain an excellent work-life balance, dedicating your mornings to meaningful, hands-on service within the local community.
