School Principal

St. Clare School is seeking a visionary Catholic leader who can foster a dynamic, mission-driven culture and guide our school into its next chapter of growth. The ideal candidate will embody our Catholic identity, inspire a spirit of collaboration and excellence, and build enrollment by engaging and partnering with families.

Responsibilities include:

Providing spiritual and instructional leadership rooted in Catholic values Supporting and supervising faculty and staff Promoting academic excellence and student growth Leading enrollment and marketing efforts to grow enrollment Building strong relationships with parents, parish members, alumni and stakeholders while actively engaging them in school life Overseeing daily operations and school development

Qualifications:

Practicing Catholic in good standing Experience in educational leadership or administration Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and engage families Commitment to the mission of Catholic education We seek a collaborative and energetic leader who will inspire students, support teachers, and strengthen our school community through meaningful parent engagement and enrollment growth.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
