Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students while building your career as a School Psychologist in a welcoming educational environment near Savage, MT. This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule with flexibility—just four days per week—providing excellent work-life balance along with real impact. As a valued member of the student support team, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to foster student success across academic, social, and emotional domains. Your expertise will help assess student needs, develop targeted interventions, and guide best practices in learning support. What we're looking for: Valid Montana School Psychology License Previous experience working as a School Psychologist Deep commitment to supporting K-12 students' social, emotional, and educational growth Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for special services Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management support Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective student interventions Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide insights and recommendations for tailored student plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation and records in compliance with guidelines This position features a competitive hourly rate commensurate with your experience and education, with earnings ranging from $30 to $40 per hour.
