Key Qualifications:

Valid School Psychologist certification required Previous experience supporting PreK-2nd grade or Middle School students preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs and intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine students' needs and recommend supports Provide direct counseling services to students, individually and in groups Consult with teachers, staff, and parents on student behavior and learning Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans for academic and behavioral success Maintain detailed records and comply with all documentation requirements Support crisis intervention and prevention strategies as needed
