Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in students' lives while advancing your career as a valued school psychologist. This contract position is based onsite, supporting elementary and middle school students in a welcoming environment. You'll play a key role in fostering student success and well-being through expert assessment, intervention, and collaboration. Enjoy a manageable caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students, working 35-40 hours per week during the school year. Your expertise will be essential in guiding students, families, and educators toward positive outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
Valid and active Georgia school psychologist license Experience working with elementary and/or middle school age children Strong communication and consultation skills with students, parents, and staff Solid understanding of assessment tools, IEP development, and related processes Ability to excel in a collaborative, onsite, school-based setting
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment results Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement IEPs Deliver individualized and group counseling services as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation Monitor student progress and adjust supports as necessary Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance requirements You'll benefit from competitive weekly pay and a suite of perks designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
